Nobody wants to deal with a chipped tooth, a knocked-out tooth, or any other kind of dental trauma. The good news is that many of these issues are avoidable with a little planning and consistent oral care. This isn't about just brushing and flossing; it's about understanding how your daily habits and activities can impact your teeth, and how you can take action to protect them.
